The energy, the people, the passion—our time at ARM5 Atlanta was nothing short of unforgettable. Fusion Firearms had the honor of attending one of the most community-driven, high-octane firearms events of the year, and we left with more than just great memories—we brought home the “Gun of the Year” award for the XP Pro.
A True Community Event
Hosted by the ever-hospitable A Regular Gun Guy ,Billy and his team, Day One of ARM5 kicked off with public range day—a grassroots gathering where shooters from all walks of life come together to share firearms, stories, and support. The atmosphere felt more like a family reunion than a typical industry event, with families, kids, and enthusiasts bonding over a shared love for the 2A community.
Our team got to meet incredible shooters, including Harrison from the Double Tap Coalition, who’s been putting his XF Pro through its paces and sharing the experience online. He summed it up best: “I put guns in hands like a tailor fits suits.” Hearing firsthand how the XF and XP Pro platforms are performing in real-world training was humbling—and validating.
XP Pro: Built for Shooters, Chosen by Shooters
The XP Pro was designed to disrupt expectations. A Glock mag-compatible, all-barstock double-stack 1911 that merges innovation, durability, and shootability—all for under a grand. At ARM5, the XP Pro didn’t just show up, it showed out.
When Litho walked up to our booth just to say, “My XP Pro has 3,000 rounds through it—zero issues, it’s flawless,” we knew we were on the right path. From the recoil-mitigating ported barrels to the modular aluminum grips and ultra-reliable internals, every feature of the XP Pro was built with purpose—and shooters noticed.
Bringing It Home: Gun of the Year
Capping off an incredible weekend, Fusion Firearms was awarded Gun of the Year for the XP Pro. To say we’re honored is an understatement. Being recognized among some of the biggest names in the industry validates what we’ve been striving for: real performance, real innovation, and real connection with the firearms community.
Our founder Bob took the stage with heartfelt gratitude:

Looking Ahead
The XP Pro may have taken the spotlight this time, but we’re not slowing down. With the upcoming release of the Comp model, exciting new finishes (yes, Bronze fans—we heard you!), and more collaborations in the works, Fusion Firearms is just getting started.
