Inside the NRA 2025 Show with Fusion Firearms

Fusion Firearms made a big impact at this year’s NRA Annual Meetings, unveiling new products, connecting with customers, and celebrating the firearms community. From the launch of our latest pistols to behind-the-scenes fun at the show, here’s a full recap of our time in Atlanta.

Launching the New Comp Model

One of the biggest announcements from Fusion Firearms at NRA was the reveal of our XP Comp model, a compensated wide-body 1911 chambered in 9mm and built around Glock magazines. Attendees were quick to crowd the booth, and the buzz around the Comp model has been incredible. Customers, dealers, and competitive shooters alike gave feedback that’s shaping the final design, and we’re already preparing pre-order opportunities for this highly anticipated pistol.

XP, XF, and Vault Exclusives

Alongside the Comp, we showcased our growing lineup of XP Pro and XF Pro pistols. These platforms have drawn enormous attention for their innovative design, durability, and compatibility with Glock magazines.

Another highlight was the Fusion Vault—our showcase for limited-run, custom-grade builds. Based directly on customer requests, the Vault will feature exclusive XP and XF configurations in small batches. These runs will be time-sensitive and available only through the Vault, giving enthusiasts a chance to own unique pieces that won’t be produced again.

Accessories & Upgrades in Demand

Customer feedback continues to fuel product development at Fusion, and this year’s NRA Show was no exception. Some of the most talked-about accessories included:

  • Mag Extensions – Rugged, high-grip extensions compatible with Glock mags, shipping with upgraded springs.

  • Ported & Fluted Barrels – The first run sold out in hours; more are coming soon in multiple finishes.

  • Low-Profile Slide Stops & Gas Pedals – Purpose-built upgrades designed for control and performance, with compatible holsters already in development.

  • New Grip Options – Including more aggressive texturing, G10 panels, magwells, and Handle It Grip Tape Kits tailored to both XP and XF platforms.

These add-ons are designed to give shooters more control, faster follow-ups, and custom-fit comfort.

Partnerships that Push Innovation Forward

Fusion Firearms values collaboration, and the NRA Show was a chance to highlight some of our trusted partners:

  • UM Tactical – Our Florida neighbors who develop holsters and accessories tailored to Fusion pistols. Their innovative concealment features and custom holster designs ensure seamless compatibility with Fusion’s growing product line.

  • Silencer Companies – Conversations are underway to expand Fusion’s lineup with suppressor-ready solutions for shooters who want quiet performance.

  • Handle It Grips – Providing grip tape kits in multiple textures and colors, designed specifically for Fusion pistols.

These partnerships help us deliver not just pistols, but a complete ecosystem of gear for every type of shooter—from casual carriers to law enforcement professionals.

A Celebration of Firearms History & Freedom

Beyond products, the NRA Show was a reminder of why we do what we do. Bob Serva, Fusion’s founder, walked the show floor and reflected on the timeline of the 1911 pistol, its service history, and its lasting role in American firearms culture. Encounters with collectors, veterans, and craftsmen reinforced the importance of preserving firearms history while continuing to innovate for the future.

As Bob put it: “Without being able to protect ourselves, protect our families, and protect our country—you have nothing else.”
