Returns Policy
Effective date: June 2, 2026
We want you to be confident in every order. If something isn't right, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, returns are accepted at our discretion and may be subject to additional fees.
Condition requirements
Items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unused, unfired, and unmodified.
- In the original packaging with all included materials, manuals, and accessories.
- Free of damage, scratches, marks, or signs of installation.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a higher restocking fee.
Firearm returns — read first
Firearms have special handling requirements:
- Do not accept the transfer at your FFL if you change your mind before pickup. Unaccepted transfers can be returned to us by the FFL with no restocking fee.
- Once you accept transfer from your FFL, the firearm is considered used by federal law, even if never fired. Used firearm returns are accepted only for defects covered by our lifetime workmanship guarantee — not for change of mind.
- To return a firearm to us, you must ship it from a Federal Firearms Licensee. Contact us first at [email protected] for a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Restocking fee
Standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and transaction costs. The restocking fee is waived in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- We shipped the wrong item.
- The return is covered by our lifetime workmanship guarantee.
Non-returnable items
- Ammunition and primers.
- Custom-shop builds and made-to-order items.
- Completed gunsmithing services.
- Items marked "final sale" or sold below regular price as part of a clearance.
- Used firearms (see "Firearm returns" above).
- Items missing their original packaging or required accessories.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] or call (941) 485-2579 with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will reply with a return authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship the package to the return address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped in error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Inspect every shipment when it arrives. If the package or product is damaged, photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you in full and cover all return shipping costs.
