Accessibility Statement

Effective date: June 2, 2026

Our commitment

Fusion Firearms is committed to making our website usable by everyone, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA, the broadly accepted international standard for web accessibility.

What we have done

  • Built the site on a modern, semantic-HTML theme (Hyvä) that ships with strong accessibility defaults.
  • Audited and improved color contrast across the site to meet WCAG AA contrast minimums.
  • Added aria-label attributes to icon-only buttons (cart, search, social, menu) so screen readers announce them clearly.
  • Wired focus-visible outlines on every interactive element so keyboard users can see where they are.
  • Added a skip-to-main-content link at the top of every page for screen-reader and keyboard users.
  • Made forms accessible with associated <label> elements, autocomplete tokens, and clear validation messages.
  • Made the mobile menu, cart drawer, and account drawer keyboard-navigable with proper focus management (Escape closes, focus returns to the trigger).
  • Ensured product photography has meaningful alt text and that decorative images carry alt="" so screen readers skip them.
  • Respects prefers-reduced-motion so users who turn off animations in their system settings get a calmer experience.

Known limitations

Some areas of the site rely on third-party content (manufacturer images, embedded blog content, chat widget). We do our best to choose vendors who share our commitment to accessibility, but we cannot guarantee every third-party element meets WCAG AA. If you encounter a specific issue, please tell us so we can address it.

Reporting issues

If you experience any accessibility issue on our site — anything that prevents you from understanding, navigating, or completing a task — please contact us. We treat accessibility reports as a priority.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is not a one-time fix; it's an ongoing commitment. We test the site regularly, address issues as they are reported, and refresh our accessibility audit at least once a year. This statement was last reviewed on the effective date above.
