Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Fusion Firearms ships to all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C. We do not currently ship internationally. Some products are restricted by state or local law and may be unavailable for shipping to certain destinations — we will notify you and refund the order if a restriction applies.

Order processing

Most orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Custom-shop builds and gunsmithing services have project-specific timelines; we will give you an estimated date when your order is confirmed.

Firearm shipments require an FFL transfer

Federal law requires that firearms be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). When you order a firearm:

  1. Provide your receiving FFL's information at checkout, or select a dealer from our partner network.
  2. We send the firearm to your FFL — never directly to you.
  3. The FFL will contact you when the firearm arrives. Bring valid photo identification and complete the required paperwork (ATF Form 4473) at the FFL.
  4. You may take possession after the background check is cleared, subject to any state waiting period.

FFL transfer fees are charged by the receiving dealer (not by Fusion Firearms) and are paid directly to that dealer at pickup.

Shipping methods and timing

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the product, destination, and weight.

  • Firearms: UPS Ground or FedEx Ground only. Adult signature required. Typical transit: 3 – 7 business days.
  • Parts, sights, and accessories: USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Typical transit: 3 – 5 business days.
  • Heavy items: UPS Ground. Typical transit: 5 – 7 business days.

Transit times are estimates from our shipping carriers and start after the order has been processed. Weather, carrier capacity, and holidays can affect delivery.

Free shipping over $200

Orders over $200 (before tax) ship free within the continental United States. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. The threshold may not apply to oversized or freight-only items.

Address requirements

  • P.O. Boxes: we cannot ship firearms to P.O. boxes. Parts and accessories can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS.
  • APO / FPO / DPO: not supported at this time.
  • Address changes: contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot change the destination.

Tracking your shipment

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order leaves our facility. You can also view tracking in Order History when signed in to your account.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and ship a replacement or refund the order.

State restrictions

Firearms and certain accessories are regulated at the state and local level. Restrictions can change without notice. We will not ship a product to a state where it is illegal for the customer to possess it. If a restriction applies to your order, we will notify you and refund the order in full.
