Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Policy

Fusion Precision Engineering LLC, doing business as "Fusion Firearms" ("Fusion Firearms," "we," "us," or "our"), ships throughout the United States. Firearms must ship to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer; non-firearm items can ship directly to your address. This page explains the rules, costs, and timing.
1. Order processing time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most in-stock orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of payment clearing. Custom or made-to-order items have lead times shown on the product page or in your order confirmation. Firearms cannot ship until the receiving FFL's signed license has been received and verified.
2. Carriers
We ship via FedEx and UPS. We do not ship firearms via USPS. Long guns may ship via Ground; handguns ship via FedEx or UPS air services as required by federal law.
3. Shipping rates
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the item, weight, destination, and selected service. Some products qualify for free or flat-rate shipping; this is shown on the product page.
4. Adult signature required
All firearm shipments require an adult signature (21+) on delivery. The receiving FFL handles signing for inbound firearms. Non-firearm shipments may require a signature depending on value and carrier rules.
5. Firearms shipping and FFL transfer
Federal law requires firearms to be shipped from a licensed dealer to a licensed dealer. We can only ship a firearm to the address printed on the receiving FFL's license. To complete a firearm purchase:
- Choose your FFL. Find a local FFL dealer who agrees to receive your firearm. Their fees are set by them and paid directly to them at pickup.
- Provide their information. At checkout, enter your FFL dealer's name, address, and phone, or use our FFL form. We will contact them and request a signed copy of their FFL.
- FFL sends license to us. Your dealer can email or fax a current signed copy of their FFL to us at [email protected] or 941-485-2579.
- We ship. Once the FFL is verified, we ship your firearm to the FFL's address.
- You complete the transfer. Visit your FFL, complete ATF Form 4473, pass the background check, and pay any transfer fees to your dealer. Once approved, you take possession.
If your background check is denied or you fail to complete the transfer within the time the FFL allows, the firearm will be returned to us. See our Returns Policy for the costs that apply.
6. Restricted jurisdictions
State, county, and city laws restrict the sale of certain firearms, parts, magazines, ammunition, and accessories. Restrictions change frequently and it is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. We cannot ship items where they are prohibited. Restricted jurisdictions include, without limitation, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Washington D.C., and certain cities including Chicago. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that we cannot lawfully ship your order, we will cancel it and refund the purchase price; non-refundable third-party fees you may have paid (such as FFL transfer fees) are not refunded by us.
7. Right to refuse to ship
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or hold any shipment, including (without limitation) for suspected fraud, suspected straw purchase, ineligibility under federal or state firearms law, restricted-jurisdiction issues, address verification problems, or violations of our Terms of Service.
8. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or outdated address information you provide.
- Knowing the laws of your state, county, and city, including age, magazine capacity, feature, registration, and waiting-period requirements.
- Ensuring the receiving FFL is licensed and willing to accept the transfer.
- Completing the FFL transfer process within the time period your FFL allows.
- Paying all transfer fees, registration fees, and other costs charged by your FFL or local authorities.
9. Tracking
Once your order ships, we email a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update with the carrier. For firearm shipments, the tracking is for the FFL's address; you do not need to be present for delivery. Tracking information is provided as a courtesy and we are not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of carrier-supplied tracking data.
10. Risk of loss and title
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the receiving FFL or, for non-firearm items, upon delivery to the address you provided. From that moment forward, the item is your responsibility.
11. Lost, damaged, or stolen shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit, damaged on arrival, or stolen, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery at 941-485-2579 or [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or carrier-claim filing where appropriate. Keep all original packaging until any claim is resolved. Carrier claim outcomes are determined by the carrier; we cannot guarantee a particular result.
12. Shipping delays
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, supply-chain disruption, FFL processing time, public health emergencies, governmental action, or other events beyond our reasonable control. See our Terms of Service Section 19 for additional force-majeure language.
13. International orders
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship firearms, firearm parts, or ammunition internationally. Export of firearms and firearm parts is regulated by the U.S. Department of State (ITAR) and the Bureau of Industry and Security and requires a license we do not hold for retail export.
14. APO, FPO, and U.S. territories
We may ship non-firearm accessories to APO/FPO addresses where carrier rules allow. Firearms and ammunition cannot ship to APO/FPO. Shipping to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) is handled case-by-case based on carrier and legal restrictions; contact us before ordering.
15. Hazmat and ammunition
Ammunition and certain components are classified as hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation. Hazmat shipping fees may apply at checkout. Ammunition cannot ship to certain jurisdictions or to APO/FPO addresses. We comply with all carrier hazmat rules.
