This is a new Fusion Barrel Bushing for government sized pistols and clones. It was made a bit larger at the critical contact points to make a tight fit with the slide and barrel, some fitting may be required. All machined in the USA on state of the art CNC turning centers. All machined from pre-hardened bar-stock. Absolutely no warping or distortion from after machining heat-treat processes. All made in the USA.

Perfect fit!I really liked the look of radius cut on this bushing. However, I was a little hesitant to purchase it initially because I have little experience fitting bushings. I watched a bunch of videos, including those produced by Fusion, and bit the bullet. Shipping was fast, and to my surprise the bushing fit better than the factory bushing on my Colt Competition Gold Cup. It looks and functions amazing!!

Waiting on mineI LOVE this look. Its totally retro badass on a 1911. Cant wait to see it in place. 4 stars til it arrives n i can assess. CNC from barstock - warpage monitored during heat treating ... gunsmith fit slightly... Sounds perfect.
