Service Policy

Thank you for your interest in Fusion Firearms Services! Currently, due to extremely high demand, Fusion no longer has the availability to perform services on non-Fusion Firearms products. If you have a Fusion pistol or product and are in need of a service, please fill out the form below.

For all non-warranty pistol services:

All customers will be charged a $28 free for test-fire and safety checks of the pistol. This will include the grip safety, the thumb safety, checking the disconnector, checking for hammer fall and barrel obstructions. This fee will also include the test-fire ammunition to verify safe operations.
