This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the rules for using fusionfirearms.com (the "Site") and the products and services offered by Fusion Precision Engineering LLC, doing business as "Fusion Firearms" ("Fusion Firearms," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP supplements our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to follow this AUP. Violation may result in account suspension, order cancellation, refusal of service, and where appropriate civil or criminal liability.

1. Who this applies to

This AUP applies to all visitors, account holders, customers, and anyone else who accesses the Site or interacts with our team in connection with the Site, regardless of method (browser, mobile, API, email, phone, chat).

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Site to:

  • Browse and evaluate our products and services.
  • Place lawful orders consistent with applicable federal, state, and local law and our Terms of Service.
  • Contact us with questions, feedback, warranty claims, or service requests.
  • Submit honest reviews and other content where the Site provides for it.
  • Apply to be a Fusion Firearms dealer through the channels we provide.

3. Prohibited uses

You agree NOT to do any of the following while accessing or using the Site:

3.1 Firearms-law misconduct

  • Buy or attempt to buy a firearm or ammunition you are not legally allowed to possess under federal, state, or local law.
  • Make a "straw purchase" (buying a firearm on behalf of another person who is not present at the FFL transfer or who cannot lawfully buy or possess one). Straw purchases are a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6) and 18 U.S.C. § 924(a).
  • Misrepresent your age, identity, eligibility, residency, or your designated FFL.
  • Attempt to circumvent age verification, FFL transfer requirements, restricted-jurisdiction screening, or any other safeguard.
  • Buy a firearm for resale outside the lawful FFL chain or for export from the United States.
  • Use any product purchased from us in violation of any law or in a manner that endangers others.

3.2 Fraud, deception, and misuse

  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information in connection with any order, account, communication, review, or warranty claim.
  • Use a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment method.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
  • Engage in chargeback fraud or "friendly fraud."
  • Submit fake or paid reviews, or coordinate review manipulation.

3.3 Site abuse and security

  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access, collect, or extract data from the Site.
  • Use the Site or its data to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model without our prior written consent.
  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features, rate limits, CAPTCHAs, or access controls.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying ideas of any portion of the Site.
  • Introduce viruses, worms, malware, ransomware, trojans, or any other harmful code.
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks, port scans, vulnerability probes, or unauthorized penetration testing.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site, impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or otherwise disrupt our services.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network connected to the Site without our prior written consent.
  • Access any account, area, or system you are not authorized to access.

3.4 Intellectual property and content misuse

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, lease, frame, mirror, or otherwise exploit the Site or its contents except as expressly allowed by our Terms of Service or with our prior written consent.
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
  • Use Fusion Firearms trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
  • Post, upload, or transmit content that infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right.

3.5 Harmful, harassing, or unlawful content and conduct

  • Post, upload, or transmit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Threaten, harass, or stalk any person, including our employees, contractors, FFL dealer partners, or other customers.
  • Promote or facilitate violence, terrorism, or any other criminal activity.
  • Solicit personal information from any person, including minors.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or other communications ("spam") in connection with the Site or any product purchased from us.
  • Use the Site to violate any export-control law (including ITAR and EAR), economic sanctions, or trade restriction.

3.6 Privacy and data misuse

  • Harvest, scrape, or collect personal information about other users.
  • Republish another customer's order, contact, or FFL information.
  • Use any contact information collected from the Site to send unauthorized commercial messages.

4. Account and password

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at 941-485-2579 or [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

5. Reporting a violation

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to us at [email protected] or 941-485-2579. Provide enough detail (URLs, dates, screenshots, account or order numbers) for us to investigate. We may not be able to respond to every report individually but we review every one we receive.

6. Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in any or all of the following, in our sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Removal of offending content from the Site.
  • Cancellation of pending orders and refusal of future orders.
  • Suspension or termination of your account.
  • Restriction or termination of your access to the Site, our customer service team, or our products.
  • Reporting to law enforcement, the ATF, payment processors, or other authorities where we believe a violation of law has occurred.
  • Civil action to recover damages, attorneys' fees, and other remedies available under our Terms of Service Section 23.

We may preserve and disclose any information about you and your activity if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with legal process, enforce this AUP or our Terms of Service, respond to claims, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Fusion Firearms, our customers, our employees, or the public.

7. Relationship to other policies

This AUP works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Accessibility Statement. If any provision of this AUP conflicts with our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

8. Changes to this AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time in our sole discretion. The "Last updated" and "Effective date" at the top will reflect changes. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email where required. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
