Returns Policy

This Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, and warranty service work at Fusion Precision Engineering LLC, doing business as "Fusion Firearms" ("Fusion Firearms," "we," "us," or "our"). Because we sell firearms, parts, accessories, and ammunition, some items have additional restrictions required by federal and state law.
1. Inspect on receipt
Inspect every delivery within 7 calendar days of arrival. If a non-firearm item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us at 941-485-2579 or customersupport@fusionfirearms.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. For firearms shipped to your FFL, inspect the firearm with your FFL dealer before completing the transfer; once you accept and complete the transfer, we cannot accept the firearm back as a return.
2. Return window
Most products may be returned within 60 calendar days of the original order date. To qualify for a refund, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it, undamaged and unused.
- In the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and tags.
- Accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by us before shipment.
Returns received after 60 days, or returns received without an RMA number, will be refused or returned to you at your expense, in our sole discretion.
3. Restocking fee
A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund on returned items. This covers inspection, repackaging, and processing.
4. Items that cannot be returned
The following items are non-returnable:
- Firearms that have been transferred from your FFL to you. Once you take possession of a firearm at the receiving FFL, it is legally and commercially considered "used" and cannot be returned to us. Warranty service for Fusion-brand firearms is handled separately under our warranty (see Section 8).
- Ammunition. Federal and carrier rules restrict the return of ammunition.
- Magazines that have been loaded or used.
- Custom and made-to-order items.
- Clearance, outlet, or final-sale items marked as such on the product page or in your order.
- Items damaged after delivery by the customer or any third party other than the original carrier.
- Used parts showing signs of installation, fitting, or fire.
- Items returned outside the 60-day window or without an RMA number.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse any return or exchange.
5. How to start a return
- Contact us within 60 days of purchase: 941-485-2579 or customersupport@fusionfirearms.com.
- Provide your name, order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
- We will issue an RMA number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely with the RMA number visible. We recommend insured, trackable shipping. The customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
6. Returns of firearms before transfer
If you change your mind before your firearm has been transferred from the receiving FFL to you, contact us at 941-485-2579 immediately. We can sometimes recall the shipment from the FFL. The 15% restocking fee, original outbound shipping, and any return shipping or carrier fees apply. FFL transfer fees you paid your dealer are not refundable through us; that is a separate transaction with your dealer. Once the firearm has been transferred to you (Form 4473 completed and approved), it cannot be returned.
7. Failed background check
If you fail or are denied the ATF background check at the receiving FFL, the firearm will be returned to us. The 15% restocking fee, original outbound shipping, and return shipping costs apply, and any FFL transfer fee paid to your dealer is not refundable through us.
8. Warranty service for Fusion-brand firearms
Fusion-brand pistols carry our lifetime workmanship warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser, subject to the terms of the printed warranty card and any updates published on the Site. Warranty service is handled separately from returns:
- Contact us at 941-485-2579 or customersupport@fusionfirearms.com to start a warranty claim.
- You may be required to ship the firearm to us through an FFL or via a method permitted by federal law. Federal regulations permit a non-licensee to ship a firearm to the manufacturer for repair under certain conditions; we will give you specific instructions.
- Warranty work is performed at our facility in Venice, Florida.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear, modification, neglect, abuse, use of reloaded or non-SAAMI-spec ammunition, unauthorized service, or damage caused by accident.
Non-Fusion products are covered only by the original manufacturer's warranty. We will help you connect with the manufacturer where possible.
9. Defective items
If a non-firearm product arrives defective or damaged in shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 941-485-2579 with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
Damage caused by the carrier should also be reported to the carrier directly. Keep all original packaging until any claim is resolved.
10. Refund methods
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or, if you prefer, as store credit applied to your Fusion Firearms account for use on future purchases. Store credit refunds are processed faster than refunds to credit card or bank. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card issuer.
11. Exchanges
For an exchange, follow the return process to return the original item, then place a new order for the replacement. This avoids holds and ensures you receive the correct item from current inventory.
12. Right to refuse
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse any return, refund, exchange, or warranty claim that does not comply with this Policy or that we determine is fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of any law.
