The Fusion Firearms Freedom Series Bantam and Bantam-R are some of our most popular carry pistols. They are built small, rugged, and ready for work. The Bantam Models are based on the standard 70 Series Colt Defender models but are equipped with many more modern-day features such as, HD chrome bull barrel, double spring reverse recoil system, novak style sights, rounded butt of frame and mainspring housing, a combat trigger group and checkered front-strap to name a few. These 1911 pistols are still hand built the “old fashion way”. Each pistol is handcrafted; all parts and assemblies are hand blended, hand finished, and hand tuned. Each pistol is carefully inspected by 3 different QC inspectors, and test-fired 3-times during its build process. All the main components, frame, slide and barrel are all precision CNC machined from bar-stock to give a superior foundation to all of the Fusion Firearms 1911 pistols. Each Fusion 1911 pistol leaving the factory is built for generations of rugged use and all come with a lifetime warranty.
