Fusion Diamond Series, 6 Inch Long-Slide, 1911 Colt style, Slide / Top-End. Comes completely assembled with recoil system and tested. Our Diamond Series slides are precision CNC machined from solid 4140 Bar-Stock and heat treated. These top ends are completely assembled and finished, they have also been test fired on a slave frame for function. The assembly comes complete with: Slide, Barrel, Barrel Bushing, Link, Link Pin, Extractor, Firing Pin, Firing Pin Spring, Stop Plate, Recoil System, and Sights. All completely installed, tested, and black oxide finished. The firing pin holes on all diamond series slides and top ends are machined to take the 9mm / 38 super firing pin as with all high grade slides. These Top-ends are ready to be assembled to any 1911 government frame.

    To be fair, I can only do a 4 out of 5 right now.
    Reason being- I've only put about 250 rounds through it.
    Bought this a few months ago for a .460 conversion. Always wanted a longslide so this was a good fit.
    Initial fit is tight. Really tight. I'll chalk it up to coating buildup on the inside of the rails.
    Used a stainless SIG lower, hand cycling got it to free up some.
    Finally got up to the range, took maybe 60 or so rounds to break it in, ran it wet.
    Past the 100 round mark, this thing runs. Like, surprisingly well.
    Nice and solid. 6" slide really sucks up a lot of recoil, was shooting plated 230's over 231.
    I have no doubt this will make it past the 1000 round mark.
    Might pick up another one just for .45, maybe work the feed ramp a little and make it strictly .45 Super.

    Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking.
