Great quality slide stopFirst off, great quality part. The image is a little off, because mine I got (and I checked to make sure it's the same part) is actually black melonite coated. Not just blued. So it really is slick and holds up well. Very comfortable to use to lock slide back, or drop forward if needed. One thing though, is I noticed there is a little extra material on the reverse side of the slide lock area, so a fully loaded 8 round GI style mag may not function right. However, I found that Wilson or Ed brown mags work perfect. No issues at all. Hope that info helps.
